Support Specialist

You'll triage and resolve customer queries across our products on a 24/7 rota, keeping clients informed and our SLAs — P1 within 30 minutes — on track. Discretion and accountability matter, as you'll handle sensitive data.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to and triage queries by ticket, email, phone and chat
  • Meet response SLAs, including P1 within 30 minutes
  • Reproduce, diagnose and escalate issues to engineering
  • Guide users and maintain help documentation
  • Track and communicate status to customers
  • Spot recurring issues and feed them back to product

Essential experience & skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Calm, methodical problem-solving
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Willingness and ability to obtain clearance (BPSS, SC or higher)

Desirable experience

  • Experience supporting SaaS or ICT products
  • Public-sector or regulated experience
  • A second language
